Noah Winter is back in a harrowing adventure!

Noah and his parents are vacationing in Campeche, Mexico, when Hamilton Drake, the leader of a secret organization, asks the Winters to recover a valuable anti-missile device that lies within a sunken yacht in the Gulf of Mexico. The Winters warily accept, but find that things are not what they seem. When their nemesis, Max Scheff, steals the device, Noah and his parents must act before the device falls into the wrong hands.
