No refunds, returns or exchanges are available for electronically delivered goods such as E-Books, Audiobooks, gift cards, subscriptions, etc.

Print-on-demand Products

Physical goods that are printed on demand (unsigned paperbacks, hardbacks, and other swag) are covered under the third party/fulfillment company’s guarantee. This normally entails exchange or replacement for items that do not meet quality or workmanship expectations, for thirty days from the date of the sale. There are no returns for a change of mind. For apparel items, no refunds or exchanges are offered for items that do not fit or if the incorrect size was ordered. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Physical products that are shipped directly from the seller are 100% satisfaction guaranteed by the seller for 30 days after the date of the sale, excluding shipping costs. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Cost of the product(s) will be refunded or exchanged at the seller’s discretion, and upon return of the item by the customer to the seller if requested, in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by the seller in the case of provable damaged or substandard goods. If returning physical products shipped directly from the seller, please use the subject “returns” in your email and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. We will work with you because we want you to be happy!
